WHAT IT IS
The safety fittings are the result of the will for a technical innovation and of a well-cared research and they are the “core business” of our company for some years. It’s a new fitting range, designed and patented by aquatechnik, to reach the highest safety in junction with multilayer pipes under walls and free.

The main features of the safety system are:
enlargement of the pipe head (coupling process) realized through a special tool, also patented by aquatechnik. This process allows to put the fitting on the pipe in a simply and quick way and by the highest safety the pipe is put and locked on the fitting by a anti-unscrewing cap avoiding any movement and, by necessity, which can be unlocked and used again.

The safety system is available in two versions: safety-pol (body, male and female threads in PPSU) and safety-metal (body and threads in galvanized brass alloy and PPSU caps).

UTILIZATION FIELD
The safety system with the multi-calor pipe can be used in all plants for civil house-bulding:

• conveyance nets and sanitation (stand pipes, back ones,

interception collectors, traditional conveyance)

• thermal stations, power to thermal appliances, traditional central

heating with modular collectors for the distribution to the heating

and conditioning devices, and son on...

• conditioning and climatization plants
• heating and cooling panel plants
• greenhouse and garden irrigation and fogging plants.

In other applications:
• compressed-air power and distribution
• technical plants for machine tools and in any case the flowing

of a compatible fluid or gas is necessary.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The safety system is ideal to convey warm and cold water. It can work by a max. temperature of 95C° with 10 pressure bar, such as by low temperatures (less than 0 C°), through the use of suitable additives.

The most important European Institutes certify the high performances of the safety system by continuous controls (PDF).
